Daya Thayaparan

Daya is the Principal who has set up DAYACORP, with the primary focus of assisting large multi-national companies implement complex global systems successfully.

He works closely with Board/Senior Management so that he can understand and deliver their benefits and to assist them in minimising risk during the critical stage of implementing new systems.

Daya has over 30 years hands on implementation experience, both as Head of Software Consulting Services (for global software companies) and for DAYACORP. He understands the business and cultural practices of various countries and how critical they are to the successful delivery of multi-site projects.

Daya is a seasoned ERP consultant who has specialised in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, and has delivered many successful projects using his practical and proven approach.

He has a good insight into business implications and can translate them to effective system solutions. In particular, he has indepth knowledge of distribution in the fast moving consumer goods sector, food and the automotive industry.

He has the capability of bringing together effective programme management teams that include subject matter experts (business and technical) to ensure successful delivery.

Daya is a pioneer in using offshore resources to optimise global resources and to deliver significant cost savings to his clients, both during implementations and ongoing 24/7 support.
